Accommodation and facilities were great. We booked property, to stay over and to visit Neuschwanstein castle day after. Arrived late and didn't realise that we accidentally booked for one day after. Customer support from 8 Peaks changed for the day in advance, we chatted easy via WhatsApp and we entered the property in 3min - NO additional cost. Located at the foot of the Alps, a beautiful stream runs behind the property. Very comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay. Very spacious living room/dining room area. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds, while the master bedroom has a king/super double bed (two twin mattresses in a large bed frame); there is plenty of sleeping space! Second story patio/deck affords a beautiful view of the mountains with only one row of houses between you and the landscape. Highly recommend.
