One of the most charming hotels I have ever stayed at! Gorgeous views, luxurious rooms with creative local decor, exceptional food and service - yet it all felt cozy and welcoming. Small touches like fresh fruit and brass keys instead of those hideous cards made it extra special. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Germany, and the breakfast buffet with homemade breads and yogurts was wonderful. Loved that it was dog-friendly, even though our dog was not with us. The goats (sheep?) grazing on the pasture directly behind the hotel were the perfect Alpine touch. The entire family loved our time here.

This completely refurbished hotel is one of the most striking historic buildings in the Tegernsee valley.

This was a fantastic apartment, a great view of the mountain and little bit of the town - the supermarket was a 1 minute walk away, as was a great little bakery. We had fresh towels, the apartment was super clean and Jacqueline was so incredibly kind and communicative before, during and after our stay! The little balcony was great to have as well as we could sit outside while it was raining. Amenities were all there that we needed, and we were very happy there. I would 100% stay here again.

EVERYTHING! The property, inside and out, is beautiful. We appreciated the secure place to store our bikes in the garage, as well as the boot rack in the basement to dry out our cycling bags/equipment from riding in the rain. The bread service in the morning and the eggs for purchase made for an easy quick breakfast in our apartment. The room was so clean, comfortable and homey. No detail overlooked! It is also very quiet and we slept great! Also, within easy walking distance of a good restaurant for dinner. The friendly host met us upon arrival and provided lots helpful information.

Der Anderlbauer am See provides beachfront accommodations in Schliersee. 24 miles from Kufstein Fortress, the farm stay provides a garden and a shared lounge.

Everything! The "Hütte" was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. We ordered the breakfast basket and it was tremendous! Wow, we didn't know how anyone could finish it for breakfast. We had hoped for some more snow locally so we could go alpine or cross-crountry skiing during out stay. We enjoyed a walk around the lake nevertheless.

This hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect... from the cleanliness of the entire property, the modern conveniences, the amazing views of Schliersee out our balcony, the sauna facilities, the staff and the mouth-watering breakfast every morning was over-the-top. Cannot have been happier or more welcomed by the staff every day. The property is perfectly situated to the train station and walking distance of numerous restaurants. Christina was so kind and understanding of our lack of speaking German and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back there again. Danke schön!
