Great location, 12ish min walk to old town. Close to restaurants and any stores you may need. Parking available nearby, had all the amenities we needed (and a fan for summer weather).

I loved the apartment, it had such a good vibe and energy (it sounds cliche but it's totally true). A beautiful small balcony with the city and the lake view and closeness to the city center (old town) was brilliant, literally just around the block. Highly recommended for other guests.

Les Z'hirondelles is just 1.1 mi from the center of Annecy, near the Old Town and the SNCF Train Station. Its furnished apartments are a 10-minute drive from Lake Annecy.

It was really beautiful place and very beautiful house. It fits to our needs. Location is a bit far from everything, but it’s silent place.
