A small quaint town in the most gorgeous location possible. Words will not do justice to the location. The staff was super helpful, even with the slight language barrier the people are just so nice and kind. We’ll definitely come back and stay with them again :)

Small, quiet, family-run hotel in a small, quiet village. We speak very little Italian or German, and the host spoke only a little English, but she was friendly and helpful and communicated everything we needed to know, and more. We travel by bicycle and were able to store our bicycles in a secure ski/bike room. The breakfast was wonderful. When we checked out, our host asked where we were going next, and when we told her Bressanone, she pulled up the website for Abbazia di Novacella and suggested we visit it. We did stop there, and really enjoyed it; we would not have known about it otherwise.

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.
