The rooms are clean and modern, better than many other same tier hotels in Sapporo / Chitose. Great value for money. My favorite is the lounge and public bath on the second floor. Location is convenient, right beside the JR Station. If you're looking to explore Sapporo, this hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it's meant to be near the New chitose airport.

The room was clean. A bus stop was just in front of the hotel, which connected the hotel with New Chitose Airport and Chitose Train Station. It’s only 10-20 minutes away from CTS by bus, which is convenient. The Chitose train station was actually within walking distance. There were also some convenient stores. The receptionist was also nice.
