Absolutely everything was perfect. The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Very clean, looks newly refurbished, lovely Japanese room (very efficiently design, even though it was small, it felt very comfortable). Staff was friendly and offered great service, some spoke English, delicious breakfast with fresh homemade bread. good location near farm tomita.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the Pension is only a shot walk to the slopes. The staff was very welcoming and helpful too. Definitely recommend.
