The house is amazing, with multiple rooms for a large traveling party. Great shared living spaces for our entire group to hang out. Place is very well-furnished with appliances and everything you could need around the house. Amazing view of the city and the mountains from the balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of them went the extra mile and helped us carry our big and heavy suitcases to our room. We also had an unfortunate situation and needed a last-minute night stay. The hotel actually upgraded our room. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture. This hotel touched me with their warmth and kindness. The location is also fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Nagano station. If you are taking the Willer Express bus, the bus stop is just opposite the hotel.
