The hotel surpassed our expectations. Good food, excellent staff. They had an amazing playroom (with climbing wall, nets, different levels) next to the restaurant which meant both parents and other guests could enjoy their meals with very little noise. The staff was amazing I can’t recommend this enough. Also Malbun has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The person that checked us in was wonderful, breakfast was great and everything was clean but most of all the hotel was exactly as we imagined an alpine hotel and the location was great.

We were warmly welcomed by Sascha, and he waved us goodbye when we left as well. The room was clean, neat and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We would like to stay here again.

The bedroom was very cozy and comfortable. The view was outstanding. The breakfast was very tasty. The town was very peaceful and if you need a place to reax and I highly recommend this hotel.

Denise who works at the reception was so kind! We decided last minute to leave before breakfast because of a hike and when we texted her at 19.00 she offered to pack our breakfast for us so we would not need to wait until 07.30 for the breakfast to open in the next morning. We thought this was extra caring and appreciated her so much.
