The house was very spacious and had room for 10 people. Fulufjellet Alpine ski center is close by. The location is very good. The host was awesome. He always answered our questions quickly and waited for us and gave us a tour of the house!

Cottage exactly as described, modern amenities, clean and well equiped. Communication with host was perfect. Location is simply wonderful, quiet, surrounded by nature, many outdoor options around the place. And for being a quite remote location, the local shop - just a short walk away - has an astonishing broad selection.

This was a truly magical trip! Everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who are such a sweet and thoughtful family. We immediately felt at home. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, with beautiful lakes, deep forests, and peaceful rivers that invite you to explore, hike and relax. Nature lovers will be in heaven here. The cabin we stayed in was pure paradise. Exactly what we dreamed of for a perfect cabin getaway. It’s entirely crafted from wood, beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Every corner felt cozy and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am already dreaming of coming back! And recommended to all my friends. - José

Located in Østby, this hotel is a 20-minute drive from the ski slopes of Trysilfjellet. The Swedish border is 12 mi away, and airport Scandinavian Mountains is also a 20 minutes’ drive.

Landgård Feriehus is a recently renovated homestay in Trysil where guests can make the most of its garden and bar.
