We liked, we loved everything. From the moment of arriving to the reception desk and the young lady with the warm and friendly personality. So helpful with our arrival and amazing as our waitress in their restaurant in the evening. Excellent accommodations, the feeling of very classy throughout the hotel and restaurant. Great meals and drinks during dining and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Cozy and pretty big family room with allmost all you need. Good choice and tasty food, service is on a high standard. You can play billiard and table football whenever you want for free. 10 minutes walk from Kotelnica - perfect place to ski for a new / mid level skiiers.

Great breakfast, very quiet surroundings, friendly staff. Sauna was also very relaxing with calming music in the background. Great value for money.

The apartment looks good, the furniture is new, beds were reasonably comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with basic things, but I suggest the hosts should leave some instructions for how to use the induction stove (it was difficult to unlock) and the microwave (who has some preset features). Also what entrance codes to use where (in the building entrance / in the apartment) was not very straightforward. Last but not least, for the kind of price they ask for, they could add more utilities in the kitchen, such as a coffee machine and a toaster.
