We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay, fantastic surroundings, can easily spend 8 days actively in the area. Very calm, pleaceful holtel, super pool and deck, perfect breakfast, highly recommended! We are a family of five, with a dog. Huge plus that the hotel is kid and dogfriendly.

The location is great, not far from the ski lift. There's a bakery in the building and a good Italian restaurant which is very convenient. Also breakfast was top notch!
