Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

Very caring staff. They helped us with all the questions: from parking to late checkout. Private free parking: small, but own. Daily cleaning. Swimming pool for relaxation. Mountain view even from the first floor. Ski bas stop is in front of the building. Ski depot is available.
