Although the staff struggled a bit with English it was noticeable they did there best to accommodate us the best possible way. The location was superb. In Konaci and close to everything. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband hurt his leg skiing and we asked for a late check out — there was no problem with checking out late. Everyone was very understanding and accommodating. We are eager to come back and stay here.

Situated at the top of the mountain, the villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-covered landscape, creating a truly magical atmosphere during winter. The wide parking area is also a big plus, making it easy for guests to park their vehicles conveniently. What truly sets this place apart is the host. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most wonderful people I’ve ever met. Although he doesn’t speak much English, his warm hospitality and caring nature speak louder than words. He made our stay truly memorable, and we left with such fond memories of his kindness.

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. Great value for money.
