Lucia went out of her way to be helpful. She met us at the Mercator so that we could follow her home so that we didn't get lost. She also helped me with my rental car making calls for me and rearranging the drop off point. She was a gem. The cottage has an outdoor kitchen and then another sitting area. It would be a perfect spot to spend a few days and explore from. Thanks Lucia!!!

Location is good, no traffic jam at morning rush hour. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food and also the service. They asked us if we would also something special to eat.

My stay in Kranj was so nice. Thanks to Cukrarna Hotel. Hotel staff are friendly. The guy at the reception is super-friendly. Room size is big and clean. Toilet and bathroom is clean. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I would stay again in the future. I recommend this hotel.
