Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the staff is so kind and generous, that I wish we could stay forever. The check in was without meeting anyone and the directions that were sent to me by email were easy to understand and we got up into our room quickly. Never saw a person the whole time we were there. My son’s apartment was just around the corner so location was perfect!
