It offers comfortable rooms with balcony, an excellent restaurant, an elevator and plenty of parking. We had an incredible experience at this charming hotel. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and spotless, with beautiful views of the countryside. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection of delicious local dishes.

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 3-star guest house. Hiking, walking tours and pub crawls are possible within the area, and the guest house offers ski storage space. Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Ski storage space is available on-site and both skiing and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the apartment. We were met by the host who is lovely, the apartment is spotless and really quite a good size with everything you need for your stay. The beds are super comfy and the shower is hot and powerful at all times and the apartment is always warm. Location is perfect for the village and everything is just a short stroll away with Car parking right outside. We would definitely stay there again

Guests can get to the Schatzbergbahn Ski Lift with the ski bus that stops 300 meter from the hotel every 15 minutes. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau Ski Area is a 3-minute drive away. Cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking paths lead directly from Alpenchalet Almrose. A lovely apartment in a lovely place, situated near the Schatzberg cable car and several lovely alpine walks. Our apartment was very clean, well furnished, and situated in a very peaceful location. Esther and Ron were wonderful hosts, they were extremely welcoming and both very helpful…even booking us reservations in the best local restaurants. We would recommend their breakfasts, with a range of very nice options suitable for all tastes and excellent value for money. We had a great week walking in and around Auffach, and our stay in the Alpenchalet Almrose with Ron and Esther was the thing that we loved most.

Apparthotel Talhof, Restaurant, Pool und Spa is surrounded by green fields in summer and offers direct access to hiking and mountain bike trails. In winter, it is located directly at the ski slope and next to ski lifts, a ski school, a toboggan run, winter hiking trails, a cross-country ski run, and a stop of the free ski bus. Excellent stay for me my wife and two teenagers. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Really friendly staff. Excellent room. Fantastic view. A pool indoors,, sauna, steam sauna and more. Ate dinner and had a really great experiance despite our late booking. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure and probably stay for several days more next time. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
