Attractively situated in the Bansko Ski Lift Area district of Bansko, Prime Apartments is set 1.2 km from Bansko Municipality, 2 km from Holy Virgin Church and 15 km from Vihren Peak. It is situated less than 1 km from Holy Trinity Church and offers private check-in and check-out. The apartment also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The host was very polite, the location was great, and we were 10 minutes away from the lift. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything needed to cook for ourselves. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers a children's playground. The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star hotel. The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

It is set 1.4 km from Holy Trinity Church and offers a lift. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. Basicly the value for mpney is great, everything was good, there was some litle issues that Treated immediately wich is better than not having any issue in my opinion bcs its shows the services. The only thing that was bad is the knife😂😂 its not sharp at all pls buy new knife for the apartment.
