We loved the room with an incredible view, as well as the spa and all the thought that has gone into the amenities provided. The breakfast was incredible.

Its just amazing to have where food and water both are very expensive. Rest all things were well maintained .. easy checkin and checkout system. Free Breakfast and full size lockers for free.. so overall its a good experience.

Unfortunately, I got sick on the first night and was in bed for the three days of our stay. I can tell you the beds were extremely comfortable- even after all that time! The kitchen was perfect when we couldn’t go out. I felt like it was my home by the time we left. If I had to be stuck in a hotel for days- this was the one!

This is a very cozy place in the center of Lauterbrunnen. The room was clean, the view of the valley and the Staubbach waterfall was amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

In good weather, meals can be enjoyed on the terrace, which offers a wonderful mountain view. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. The room promised a view of the mountains and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to at all times. The option of having a shuttle carry your luggage up and down the hill was a life-saver.
