Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The wooden caracter of the house and the old history, I felt myself in a very cozy house. And The staff were so much welcoming very helpful for inside and outside of the hotel. You will never be disappointed if you go to Hirschen Hotel.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. The hotel is excellent! Super well located to go anywhere (Jungfraujoch, GoldenPass Panorama, Lauterbrunnen, etc) and you can see what it seems to be a famous location for paragliding. Also you are in a region with lots of restaurants. Excellent breakfast, excellent in terms of comfort and amenities in the room. I would recommend it to anyone!

We only stayed for one night, but we were very satisfied. It was very clean. The kitchen equipment was complete. The wooden room’s decoration was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Mountain - Lake Apartment 3 se nachází v destinaci Wilderswil a nabízí ubytování s možností vlastního stravování, s balkonem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Lukas was nice and helpful. The apartment had all we needed. It was so sweet and cozy. The village is peaceful and lovely to walk around. Close to the train. And has a grocery store. Many trails I walking distance and close to all interlaken sites with the train or bus.

Modern City Apartments se nachází v centru města Interlaken. Grindelwald Terminal se nachází 20 km odtud a Giessbachfälle 22 km. Very spacious apartment meant that we got more space for less money ( as compared to Hotels). Location is right in the middle of Interlaken close to stations ( Interlaken West) and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We were allowed early Check-in which greatly helped us utilize our day since we had a lot of luggage and had it not been for the early check-in we had no better option. We had a nice lovely chat with the host about the things to see ( not the big famous sites online, but how to find the perfect picnic spot, where to go when - this allowed us to maximize our limited time and focus on what we wanted out of our trip. The Apartments are NEW. Spacious. I would book here again. Kitchen was well furnished. Laundry and dish cleaning supplies were provided. Cooking was easy. Only 1 small thing which we worked around anyways. - the TV didn't have much options. We couldn't sign in to our Nflix , streaming services accounts to watch our content, nor were there a whole lot of of English options. We connected our laptop to the TV, via the hdmi cable from the back and watched our stuff. It was a small thing.

The apartment was spacious for 5-6 people, complete kitchenware, washer & dryer is a plus. The kitchen was modern with everything you need to cook (stove, pan, microwave, etc *complete*) The best thing about the bed, pillows & blanket was clean and very comfortable. The location was great (1 station away from Interlaken) so from Winderswill, you can just take bus to Lehngasse stop - 4 mins away from the banhof. There are convenient store at Winderswill but will close at 6pm? Shout out to the owner/reception who was really helpful throughout the stay. He will reply you asap and be ready to help you with anything.
