Hosts were helpful in guiding us around city, finding the outdoor concerts, etc. Use of washer/dryer was great. We stayed for a week and used the apartment as a base.

The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)
