Guests at the aparthotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen, like hiking. Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. It was the perfect accommodation, clean and fresh-looking. The staff were polite and very warm and super nice. The apartment had all the equipment and accessories necessary for everyday life. The rooms have thick triple glazed windows, so you basically do not even hear the trains passing by. The food store “Lidl” is located just a five-minute walking distance from the accommodation. The apartment has its own dining place and there is also a very good Italian restaurant and cocktail bar just around the corner. Parking is possible in the spacious underground garage for a reasonable additional price. The trains to Eibsee and to the cable car Zugspitze station depart from across the railway.

At the guest house, every unit is fitted with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Some units include a balcony and/or a patio with mountain views and outdoor furniture. At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the guest house offers ski storage space. Breakfast was great! We missed the first day since we had a tour booked and we were asked where we were by the staff! This was super nice of him, then we went the next mornings and wish we got all of them!

All Rooms have balcony with a view. Some of the rooms have a direct view to Neuschwanstein castle. From the outside terrasse or in the large garden you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the castle. I loved the room! Everything was so comfy! Just what I need.

During the winter months the area is ideal for skiing, with ski lifts 3 km from Hotel AlpinaRos. The popular Königssee Lake is 5 km away. Every aspect of our stay was great! Convenient walk to the train station, although up a hill, smooth check-in by the very attentive and helpful Franz. Small but very nice spa, exceptional breakfast buffet.

Hospitality – Staff throughout the hotel—from check‑in to housekeeping—exceeded every expectation. Breakfast experience – A wide and tasty buffet, prompt service, with hot dishes prepared on request made for an energizing start to each day. Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.

Farchant is an ideal staring point for hiking and skiing, with several skilifts within 9 km. Zugspitze (mountain) is 15 kilometers away and Eibsee (lake) is 15 kilometers away. Warm welcome, well heated clean, spacious and comfortable room, good bed and extremely good breakfast including great coffee and fruit. Spacious parking for a big car.
