The hotel was both charming and comfortable. For the most part all of the staff spoke great English since our German is not the best. The breakfast offered included all the food and more that we could hope for. All of the activities we wanted to do were within reasonable driving distance. In the evenings we enjoyed walking to the lakes to see the beautiful scenery.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. We especially loved the comfortable beds, the amenities in the rooms, the mountain view, and the sauna area on the rooftop. What really exceeded our expectations was the friendliness of the staff! A special shoutout to Noemi at breakfast, Katja in the health area and Lukas who seemed to run all the restaurants. They all followed up with us on our stay and were incredibly warm and hospitable. We recommend renting a car and driving around to all the sights in the general area. We will definitely be back!
