Located in Luosto in the Lapland region, Päivin pirtti - Pirttikahvila ja B&B provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. Owner was very flexible when i enquired on arriving early and about staying longer. The sauna was out-of-this-world gorgeous. It had a private cooling-off pool adjacent, chairs for resting, shower for shampooing and a soothing view. The room was airy, clean and fresh. There were other guests staying, and with so much room, we still felt like we had the place to ourselves. The owners arranged for an early breakfast when we needed it, so fresh coffee, and fresh fruit/berries/meat awaited us in the morning. Paivi even supplied fresh baked chicken for our little dog. We have stayed at many BB style accommodations in Finland, this one was elegant and thoughtfully designed.

Everything was thought of, finer details were all provided. The location was perfect and idealic so perfect being so close to the amenities and slopes. I couldn't recommend this location and accommodation enough we had a superb time. Stunning, beautiful, amazing and just perfect.

The place was really cosy and beautiful. Had the kitchen fully equipped with even spices available. Every detail was looked after. We requested for extra fire wood and it was delivered. Johanna went out of her way to help us even after hours. Hats off to the team. Very comfortable stay. We'll done.

The views were spectacular, cabins positioned really nice that you can’t see your neighbours and they can’t see you either. Really comfortable bed and pillows so we had a really good night sleep. We had a big snowfall whilst staying and our car got stuck but 2 lovely ladies who worked there helped push us out which was really appreciated.

Decoration, location as well as beds were very good. The unique look of this dwelling makes it unforgettable - the surroundings as well are a big plus to this cottage. We will definetely recommend it to others, and come back here if we pass by another time!

Amazing house on the river. All facilities are of 5 star hotel. Kitchen with all the equipment one can imagine. The house is perfectly clean and styled. Magnificent view of the river, reindeer walking in the yard, a lot of berries around, silence and calm. A lot of hiking trails around. I hope to come back one day.
