The apartment is about 10 min drive from Plitvice Lakes and Barac Caves in a very quiet area with a view of the surrounding hills and forests. Dedicated parking for the residents is available next to the entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped (three different kind of coffee makers!) The windows and doors are perfectly noise canceling and with the window shutters rolled down you can sleep like a baby.. There are also great restaurants withing a short walk, offering variety of local specialties.

Spa pool after plitvace lane walks , lovely host and so clean and comfortable. Good free parking. Did not use pool as raining but looked lovely and clean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s villa, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Place was spotless. Marija very delightful accomodating when our arrival time was pushed back. Even dried and folded our washing while we were at the National Park. Yummy apples also gifted.

The guy is very kind and helpful with his suggestions about the area! Very spacious room and bathroom, with all comforts (Netflix, WiFi). They also serve breakfast and they have a beautiful lady dog! It’s just 5 minutes walking from the entrance of Plitvice park. Thank you!

The host, Vibor, was welcoming and offered a wonderful experience for our families. The location was perfect for our visits of Plitvice National Park and Barać Caves. Vibor even recommended a hidden gem - Špoljarić Water Mill for a refreshing swim after an amazing day hiking the area. The location was clean, well maintained and modern with all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury rental.

Very clean and big apartment. Very close to the National Park and supermarket only 10 minutes driving. Very nice and helpful host.
