What really made our stay special were the owners. The couple is incredibly kind and helpful. They communicate fluently using a translation machine into English (or another language of your choice), which worked perfectly! The house was very clean, and their enthusiasm for Mount Fuji is contagious. The location is excellent: close to a huge supermarket with both Western and local products. Truly a fantastic supermarket! Also within walking distance are an Alfamart, bike rental, and the lake. On our last evening, we wanted to have a BBQ in the front yard, and the owners arranged it for us. They even joined us for a while, and we had a great time laughing and enjoying each other's company. The owner has a great sense of humor and we felt right at home. These people have hearts of gold and the location is fantastic! Highly recommended. Thank you for everything. We wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

My stomach did not feel very well for two days before caming there, but the dinner tasted great and I felt much better next day. Rooms are clean, with great bath and especially, giving you a vibe of a real western style house in countryside! The host couple were so kind and guided me to have roasted marshmellow, this was my first time doing this! On the second day, they also helped me about my one-day trip plan in Kiyosato.

We loved the tranquil, green oasis of Sansui Resorts Yamanakako. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, prefect for our family of four. We had room to spread out and enjoyed the view. It was a quick drive down to the lake where we enjoyed views of Fuji and coffee. Breakfast here was perfect as it included all you can eat cooked and continental food including yoghurt, cheeses, beans, chicken nuggets, eggs and many fresh fruit snd veges. We were sad to leave and would recommend to everyone.

Featuring free WiFi, Fuji seinic house offers a quiet accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko. Kawaguchiko Station is a minute's stroll away, and offers access to both buses and trains. Good communication from the host made check in easy . Good location right next to Kawaguchiko Station. Very spacious room by Japanese standards, enough room for 4 adults. Good clean accommodation 👍

A beautiful family home, with comfortable, practical and quiet rooms. The onsen is gorgeous, and we were able to book a private session. The breakfast (for extra cost) was excellent value - it’s huge! The views are amazing - we could see Mount Fuji from our window.

The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Host was very responsive to messages. I was a little worried at first about the amount of space available based off the photos but it was perfectly fine and comfortable for 2 people. I also really love the "storage container" aesthetic - thought it was very cool. The space inside was also clean. I would definitely book again if I come back to this area in Japan.
