All territory is well maintained, outside a nice lawn, there is wolley net, net for badminton, very nice indoor with amazing huge shared kitchen with any kind of appliances/dishes you might need, cosy dining area, there were table games as well! Next to the entrance there were slippers which added a nice cosiness touch;) very clean room.
