The staff were super helpful and answered all our questions. We booked experiences and transport ahead of time and everyone was great at communicating and confirming our bookings. The food was super tasty and customised to my allergies. Also the atmosphere was super cosy.

The whole experience of sleeping on an ice bed was great. I slept fine. Wouldn't need to do it again as it's pretty expensive but ok for a one off experience.
