The cabin is situated towards the end of Ranca, so a bit isolated from the rest of the stuff, which was perfect noise wise. The view was beautiful, the beds comfortable, and I had the best garlic potatoes of my life. We only stayed for a night and left early in the morning. The staff was super accomodating.

The views are incredible — probably some of the best on the Transalpina road. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. I especially recommend Tara Restaurant. We tried a few, and that one stood out. The owner is amazing. He did a great job, even without knowing much English. We used the sauna and hot tub two days in a row. It felt great to end a day full of hiking and exploring with a proper bathhouse session. We really recommend this place.
