Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Excellent hotel experience! The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Many families with the small kids and toddlers, hotel is a family hotel indeed. Drive carefully, roads via mountains can be tricky.

It is very convenient. The supermarket is just besides the hotel. There is own parking space in the safe garage. The food for breakfast and dinner is excellent.

This service is available during the winter season and can be used free of charge. We loved our stay here so much! We had a lovely spacious room with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary and all staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
