The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

They had lots of options but one captured my attention cause of the cosy feel it gave from the pics and they did not disappoint. We had a really pleasant stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to both Abdullah, who was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!
