A shoutout for one of the Customer Relations there, Ms. Buse who welcomed and answered all of our questions there - The size of the room are enough for our family - The meals (all breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee break) are all tasty and with huge variations of food. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!
