Amazing location, good Spa unlike other reviews, not too fancy but a Spa nonetheless. Great breakfasts, again, not too much choices but exactly what you need in a ski vacation. The staff was incredible, and we enjoyed the hotel very much.

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

The hotel was amazing… the staff were so helpful. The facilities were lovely, amazing spa and massages. The ski hire shop and lockers being located in the basement made the whole process easier… and a mini bus took us to the gondola…

It was beautiful. Loved the stone and wood combo. The spa was great. We loved the bar area. Staff was so welcoming snd friendly. We had a great time.
