Beautiful, modern new hotel in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The rooms were very spacious, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa and the restaurant were top notch. And the free breakfast was amazing, complete with mimosas!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Overall great experience 😊

    We were looking for a boutique hotel that felt relaxed and not like a generic business hotel and this fitted our need perfectly. It is a great little hotel - we had a large bed, good tv, great breakfast, cute living room area and a nice little spa area downstairs with a hot tub and a sauna. We also got massages which were very good. It is in a superb location right in the Pallermo area so lots of good restaurants and cafes around, and easy walk to the parks. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english.

    Good location in the city which made it easy to get around, felt really safe in the area. Access to sauna and jacuzzi spa was awesome, good way to start the day and easy to book with reception. Room was really spacious and clean, toiletries provided by hotel came in handy. The breakfast at the hotel was simple but okay.

    Loved the ambience, the staff are truly wonderful and attentive, the hotel is in a great place and the breakfast every day was amazing. We were also given a 30 min courtesy massage as the spa and wellness centre were being renovated. The massages were fantastic.

    In general, everything is pretty good. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed, good space to work. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and not too big, but good enough. Thr gym is very good, plenty of equipment and well organized. The wellness has dry and wet saunas, big jacuzzi... The pool is fine, long enough to swim but a bit too narrow. Breakfast is just fine. Nothing spectacular. The salty part not that good. The sweet part has variation and it is fine.
