The stuff in hotel is very friendly and helpful Room is nice size and its very clean. Bed is nice for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious so I would recommend pay for it.

Me and my wife are absolutely amazed by this exceptional Hotel ! Starting with the breakfast which includes delicious foods and drinks in a wide variety. The amazing experience at the breakfast table was followed by an even better wellness and spa area which is amazingly clean and also very private. This small text section is sadly not enough to name every great thing about this accommodation. Last but not least we want to give special thanks to Sir Anton at the reception. We are absolutely stunned by the service and kindness one can offer and want to really point out how amazing and exceptional this receptionist is, next to the others members of the staff which were also extremely kind. So Sir Anton if you come across this text ! You are the man of the Year :D

We picked this property for the washing machine the description says is included in the stay, this is false information. After looking everywhere for it we contacted the staff, they had no clue where it was, and later directed us to a communal laundry room where special chips were needed to work the machine and we had to provide our own soap. When I asked how to get the chips, the staff said they would get back to me. Over 6 days they never did. Very disappointing.
