The staff are really friendly. We were extremely impressed by Frau D who was on reception in the afternoons/evenings. Good parking. Tram stop very near the hotel - trams into Graz every 10 minutes, journey time 20 minutes. Clean room, and very quiet at the back of the hotel, even with the window open. Chance to have drinks outside or in the bar during reception times.

Brand new hotel. The best option if you travel through Austria or A2 and need to stay near Graz. Definitely recommend. Good breakfast. Huge TV panel, automatic sun roller blinds on windows. Cosy and very big rooms. Parking and supermarket is a good option here.
