everything was perfect, cleanness very good, apartment size was great, the kitchen equipped with everything, quite and safe area, the staff on the front desk was very friendly and professional , the hotel is well organized for kids from the restaurant till the huge playground and water park and many other activities , your kids will love it.

The room was fantastic for our family of 4. The kids had bunk beds next to us, and we had a beautiful view up thre mountain. The room was very clean, and all the facilities were too. It was a really nice place. The staff were very helpful, with all our questions. We didn't have breakfast there, as we wanted a cafe on the way to Munich.The check in experience, with the complimentary gift of sparkling water. The kids play area was fantastic with lots of space to run around.

We took a chance and showed up a little early to see if our rooms were ready because we drove through snow and rain to get there. One of the rooms was ready but ours was not so they upgraded our room to a suite for free which was very kind of him to do. Let me tell you, when I walked into that room and saw the view, I was more than pleased and super excited. We got settled in then meet up with family in the evening for food and drinks and it was all very good. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Everyone we encountered there was so nice and friendly I would definitely stay there again.
