The staff was above and beyond, e.g., in helping charge our EV, in accommodating us at the spa. Everything was wonderful - the pool, the infrared sauna, the room with balcony and view, the food, the wine tasting. The location is excellent close to many amazing wineries and buschenschanken.

The hotel staff was super accommodating (like giving us dinner when we arrived just before the restaurant was shutting because our train was so late). It’s really cute on a hill in the bottom of the wine region hills. Right next to an awesome e-bike rental place and across the road from this perfect swimming hole! Also, breakfast buffet was on point!

The hotel is well designed the stuff were the best we've encountered in all of Austria, very professional with a vast knowledge of wines especially Stefani! An impressive young woman who run the hotel better then many others twice her age who has a lot to learn from her. The food was lovely, breakfast and dinner included! Plenty of diversity in the breakfast buffet. They were very patient with our requests and equestrians about the area and about their wines. The Finnish sauna and the swimming pool were a great addition to an already wonderful stay!
