United Statesit was extremely peaceful, you are treated so good, when you walk in to the front desk you are welcomed with extremely professionalism and kindness, when you walk in to the dining area it has a relaxing feel every one guest included are so friendly and greet you when you arrive. the food is AMAZING!!! excellent quality and they even grow there one herbs, and it was cheap compared to what they give you and the quality. I highly recommend staying here!!!!!

United Arab EmiratesThe location is walking distance to the town ‘square’ shops. You can ski right from the property. 15 mins walk to nearest bus stop. Awesome spa with many options and a panorama sauna too!!! We loved everything and what made our stay so memorable is the attention to detail and attentiveness from the team that works there which is family run.
The food was Awesome !!!! Extremely tasty and so well prepared and thought out.

AustriaThe location is fantastic because it is away from the noise and at a dead end street, very quiet and peaceful and you can start the train for cross-country ski directly in front of the house. Or, you can hike and walk the trails that go by the house. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious with a nice balcony, and a separate WC. The different saunas, and the indoor pool and the relaxing room are fantastic and quiet and enjoyable, and clean. The massage was also very good.

For sure once if the next hotel spa I have ever experienced. Sauna was sufficiently hot, they had a beautiful outdoors cold pool, relaxing spaces, many options of sauna, steam room etc.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice walking paths around the property. Tea/ coffee and snacks was served in the lounge. The Spa is well maintained and a nice environment to relax. The receptionist was very friendly. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

Very nice hotel, with very helpful and nice staff. Food is delicious. Wellness is very well equipped. There are various kind of sauna and spacious quite room to rest. Hotel is located in beautiful area with very nice views all around the building.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Ramsau, just a few steps from the stadium where all the cross-country tracks do start. The hotel offers free parking and upon entering, you are welcomed by more than attentive staff. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and more than rich. We also dined at the hotel and all the meals were greatly cooked and meticulously designed and prepared. The wellness is great and offers plenty of possibilities to relax.

All went smoothly from the begining till the end, hotel staff and especially owners are extremely friendly, you can feel they put hearts in the business. Hotel is completely renovated with sense for each detail, sauna area really luxury, food delicious, breakfast exceed expectations. Really looking forward to come back one day :)

Such a fantastic apartment house! The apartments are very spacious with well-equipped kitchen and balconies. There's a beautiful wellness room with three different kinds of saunas and a Jacuzzi! The host was also extremely kind and available. Relaxation absolutely guaranteed!
