To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they never said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth trip. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms we clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!

The building itself, and the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff, especially Wolfgang at the front desk, was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we had more time to spend exploring and enjoying the amenities of the hotel because they seemed very luxurious.

Good location close to the old city center. Room was very nice and had everything we needed. Beds were more comfortable than we have come to expect from hotels, which was a welcome plus. Parking was very easy a relatively reasonable price. View is super nice, better than most hotels.
