Comfortable bed, amazing shower, quiet, modern but comfortable furnishings, smart TV, lovely front desk staff, excellent restaurant, close to transit, 10 minute walk to the beach. I had a few minor problems that the staff dealt with quickly and kindly. Great hotel!

The apartment is freshly renovated. Appliances are new. The view is absolutely amazing - 19th floor, sunset view over the city, and the Burgas Lake - hard to beat. The bed and mattress are very comfortable. The location is great, too. There is a good cafe/bakery with nice lunch options in the building. Park is just across the street and leads to the sea through a 15 min stroll under the trees. The building has a SPA center and a rentable mini cinema, although we didn't use them. There are small grocery stores nearby and a few restaurants. We recommend the Ma'Maliga bistrot!

Great place for business or vacation. Great location and amenities for a long stay. Modern and clean facilities. Just a few steps away from the sea garden with free parking and playground. The host is very polite and responsive, with special personal attention - just feel like home. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay.
