Stunning place to stay, with good food and poolside cocktails and lots of activities around. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did a kayak tour into San Ignacio which was super chill and the guide was very informative. Got to see monkeys and toucans!

Carla and Perla who work there are amazing! They did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about them. The hotel is very very clean and the Rolling W restaurant is incredible. The food is fantastic - don't miss the chocolate mousse cake! Best I have ever had. From the patio you get to see some crazy animals and beautiful birds!

A true gem, within the rough.. true natural jungle experience with first class facilities, food and staff.. I have no complaints.. and I will return even if just for a relaxing day around the pool and some 5 star food. My special mention to Norma the chef, Rob the bartender and Glad GM. Well done folks.. Rolson Hotel is in San Ignacio, an ideal location for many tours, including the very popular ATM Cave Tour. While the hotel is not too near the downtown, it is very easy to order a cab or hail one on along the road. A major plus at the Rolson is the on-site restaurant, which has delicious food.

The staff were wonderful and the grounds were stunning. Our room was also beautiful. We loved the on-site activities including the stables, butterfly sanctuary and canoes.

I was having terrible issues with my bank and ran out of funds on my SIM card, luckily the a super sweet lady let me borrow her phone for 30min so I was able to sort my bank out. Cesar the greatest gentleman in the world made sure me and my friend got up at 5:30am so we would not miss our taxi because we had slept in. 10/10 would love to come back. Thank you so much for you hospitality :)
