I loved all the amenities, particularly the spa tub. The apartment is loaded with so much, be certain to pay attention to the tour the host provides. The kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, the host regularly dropped off extras like baked goods and berries!

The room is truly adorable. It has a second floor bed room with separated bathroom, which made us super convinient when we came back from traveling and needed for all family to take a shower. My kids loved the place as well. The front staff (Connie) was very friendly and also I felt that we were cared really well during our stay. Staffs at the restaurant were nice and the quality of food was also amazing. I suggest to enjoy happy hour. I would highly recomend this place and come back later!

Excellent Lobby very nice and comfy with a beautiful fire, staff very friendly, the room and bathroom clean and comfortable, all furniture new, shower impecable, excellent room service, exterior jacuzzis with great views!! The restaurant Pacini delicious. The location was conviniently near to all restaurants and stores from Banff downtown. They have complimentary parking in the building!

The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The shower had really good water pressure. The hot pool and sauna were very nice and not too busy. The gym was small but had good basic equipment. Toiletries and towels were provided and very nice, and the free parking was a great bonus. Staff were very nice and checked us in early for no extra cost
