Our stay at the apartment was nothing short of fantastic. Situated in a charming area just outside the bustling city center, it offered a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. A quick walk over the bridge brought us to all the vibrant activities, and the bus stop right outside the door made exploring effortless. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, comfortably accommodating our group of 8. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, ensuring a seamless stay. The highlight for us was the rooftop patio—a delightful spot for evening cocktails and morning coffees alike, with stunning views. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing any requests we had. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning here on future visits.

The location was fantastic, the food was exceptional, breakfast especially. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The place was super clean, to an incredibly high spec, in all areas. Could not fault this place, would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Surrounded by extensive gardens, Schloss Hünigen is a historic castle dating from the 16th century located in the scenic Emmental Valley, a 20-minute drive from Bern and Thun.
