Amazing location, clean sheets and very practically functional rooms

This hotel is a gem. It was a last minute booking, we booked it 30 mins before we arrived. The room was cottage-style and the view was breath-taking. The hotel is located uphill, which makes the view even better. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can hike nearby (they give you hiking maps). There's a beautiful river nearby.

Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

The hotel was so adorable and centrally located. Everything had such personal details down to the namesake on the breakfast tables. We loved how the tables were set up with our last names and a welcome message along with the napkins shaped in to hearts. Breakfast was amazing with fresh jams and delicious breads, and basically anything you would want and more.

Amazing location surrounded by a stunning landscape!. Excellent attention and service from the Staff. Clean and cozy rooms, on top of being pet friendly. We couldn't resist having dinner dinner every night at the hotel and enjoying what Chef Olivier had prepared for us and served by lovely Carol! Highly recommmended.

A special thank you to Heidi (the receptionist) for your warm welcome, fantastic recommendations on things to do in Grächen, providing all the useful information about the property, making a fondue dinner reservation for us, and surprising us with a welcome drink. Thank you, Pedro (the waiter), for your stellar service at the restaurant and for making us feel so comfortable. Once again, we appreciate the amazing coffee we had just before we left! 😉 Please also extend our gratitude to the other waitress (the one with black hair) for being so thoughtful and even setting up the music for us during our anniversary dinner. Thank you, Simon (the owner), for taking the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, for the lovely conversation, and for your very thoughtful surprise gesture to honor our wedding anniversary. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel,featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

Loved the view, room, and breakfast!

Beautiful place, spacious rooms, and practical layout. The family suite is very generous, effectively two rooms adjoined by a small hallway. Breakfast was nice, and please make sure to their restaurant, it's amazing.
