The location was good, close to the train station and the gondola station. The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Also, the restaunt in the hotel was excellent (a little bit expensive) and the staff helped us with the resevation I was there during my birthday and they gave me a small cake and a birthday card during breakfast even when I didn't let them know, that was a nice surprise :)

Fantastic, it’s location is center in the village. I booked a Family Suite on the top with Mt Eiger view :). The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
