This was my third time staying at this lovely hotel. Prime location, friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Best hotel in Luzern in my opinion. I would like to thank Mar Margaret at the front desk and Mamu Dahy at the villa restaurant for making our experience exceptional! I have celebrated my birthday at the hotel with my family last year and this year too, and I can't wait for my future stay at this great hotel.

The location is spectacular, right in front of the lake and has everything at walking distance. The service and facilities were amazing as well. They have great restaurants and a bar on location which made it amazing for us to have a good evening since we couldn’t go out because of the rain. Overall a great stay for us.

super clean room and everywhere, very very friendly staff, the room is also very comfortable, bed quality is amazing. breakfast buffet is also high quality, they have fresh eggs delivered from local farm. local cheese. most important they have free parking in Luzern city, which we can’t find it anywhere else. we will definitely come back and stay again in your hotel.
