This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!! This is one of the best hotels out there. From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. It's absolutely perfect for a Christmas holiday!

Good for a one night stay if you plan to visit the Rigi Kulm and not want to rush back to Lucerne in one single day. it’s in walking distance to the Rigi Bahn station, and away from the tourist. Location comfort cleanliness And especially the kindness of the staff. GM was above and beyond. Restaurant was great too… roast beef ap was a perfect quick snack! Will return. Parking was also great.
