Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

We had a good sized room with a large balcony with a view onto the Matterhorn. The bathroom was a bit small but new and had all the needed conveniences. We had "half board" (which means dinner included) and both meal times where excellent every day. Large breakfast buffet and fantastic dinners every night. Super easy to not have to think about food and get totally spoiled every day. I know this is standard in many places in Europe, but for an American it is such an amazing experience. We were treated like family from day one.

The family-run Bristol hotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Location of the hotel is great. Out of the train station, walk 10 minutes and hotel is just right at the left. Breakfast is the highlight. Very sumptuos and generous spread. Would like to compliment the boss. He brings vibe and energy from his great smile and service.

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.
