Family owned hotel with very helpful and kind staff, including the owners. Great spa and wellness area, amazing view from the pools. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and dinner - even at peak hours they tried to solve the problems. Location is excellent, in a quiet village overlooking the lake with awesome viewing spots. Discounts to the bridge and public transportation and more.

Everything and I appreciate the upgrade to the Panorama Double Room. The front desk is very helpful and friendly especially Andrea. The breakfast is a set menu but very delicious and you can request an omelette with extra cost. The whole area is wonderful and very quiet. You can take the ferry to other places.
