The views/location was breathtaking, the room (Duplex) was clean, comfortable and luxurious in size, and the staff was kind and helpful at every turn. My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with genuine warmth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (like high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar) made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my window was stunning! I also loved the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit！

The lady in morning is very helpful and so kind , the location is perfect specially if choosing the one with balcony, You don’t want to leave the room and miss the perfect view , I like Caramel ( dog lies in front of the Hotel’s desk )

The hotel is located right in front of the train station, there's a Coop next door and a self-service laundromat at the building (reception will help with more info). The views are breath-taking and you can take the train to Kleine Scheidegg and take another from there to the Jungfraujoch (The top of Europe). Lauterbrunnen is just down the hill, the train runs every half-hour and the ride is only 13 minutes. The hotel has two restaurants (great steak) and there are many around (pizza, pasta, steak, and Santos has the best burgers 🍔😋)

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, not to mention that we had one of the nicest views from a hotel room I’ve had (from the top floor suite). The restaurant is world-class — a real experience! Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with planing our days and booking tickets. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.
